Cozy Pool Retreat Oasis in Las Vegas

Tub in master bedroom was ridiculously tall. Bath towels skimpy. Response when locked out went to home phone (found following day when I dropped by) versus cell phone listed with ABNB. Spent an hour waiting in my car in driveway when I decided to try the door which had been remotely unlocked. It was the following day, after calling 3 different listed numbers when someone responded and gave instructions to change batteries in digital lock. Have had numerous calls from ABC locksmith about changing keys. Once, initially a service person was suppose to come and never showed. I received the last call days after I returned to my own home.

Awesome place so peaceful and quite and love the jacuzzi close by to almost most of the places like airport strip and restaurants

We had a wonderful stay! It was close to the strip and Alligient Stadium. Our host responded quickly and met any requests. We would recommend this home for a family or group of friends.

Shawn's place was beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi were clean with heating available. We were 10 minutes from the strip and 8 minutes from the airport. Great location. Would book again when I make another Vegas trip.

My family and I spent 4 days in Las Vegas. We chose this property that Shawn was offering on Airbnb, because the distance to the main strip and from the pictures it looked super nice. The property was as listed, very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much!

My best recommendation for Shawn place! Everything he described were exactly like that. Definitely worth for money and beyond.

We had a great time at Shawn’s house. We requested an early check in and the host was always very responsive and respectful. The only issue we had was with the keypad upon arrival but with some helpful instructions sent by Shawn and his team we were able to resolve it with some fresh batteries. The house was very clean and well equipped. It is only a short drive from the Las Vegas strip and I recommend staying here.

Our family spent a wonderful weekend at this property! Very clean and with a very suitable space to enjoy with the family accessible to restaurants and convenience stores and close to the strep! A great house in a lovely quiet area not far from the Vegas strip. The house had everything we needed, and the hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day of walking.

This house was very spacious and beautiful. My girls and I really enjoyed the pool during the day. Cunningham was always responsive which we appreciated. We noticed two things that we didn’t like which was the house almost didn’t feel like it was cleaned properly. The outdoor furniture was left all messy and undone, there was one slipper by the pool & another one by the gazebo/table area. When we wanted to make coffee in the morning, we noticed the coffee machine had stains inside like it wasn’t cleaned properly. The WiFi was really bad the entire weekend. We have someone from their team try to help us reset the router but it didn’t make a difference & the girls just made with whatever WiFi we had. Overall, the host was really nice, the house was beautiful but I would just have the house a bit more tidier.

Biggest Perks- Heated pool/spa, vicinity to airport/strip, modern and spacious layout …eh moments- Check in and check out was strictly enforced and cost of heating pool. Overall it was a good stay and pleasant experience.

Easy to contact

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We would have liked to have extended our stay so that we could have spent more time using the lovely accommodations.

The house was beautiful but it was not clearly stated that you cannot be in the backyard or use the hot tub past 10 pm (until you get to the house, then it says that. ) It was stated that quiet hours are at 10 pm but not that you cannot be outside or use the hot tub. Most of the time, quiet hours means just don’t yell or be rowdy. It would have been really nice to spend the nights in the hot tub after a long day out on the town. You also have to call the owners (a call center) anytime you wanted to use the hot tub so they could turn it on for you. Other than that, the house was beautiful and the location was great. I just wish we would have been more informed about the rules of the hot tub / backyard before we came all the way from Oklahoma.

Pros Great Location Was clean and as per the listing Cons Would recommend them to leave some extra pillows and blankets in a closet somewhere, I asked them about it and they sent some pillows same day, they were very responsive to any questions or comments. Would stay here again if I'm going back to Las Vegas

Multiple maintenance issues throughout the home, were not addressed before our stay. Noticeably dirty dishes in the kitchen.

This place was beautiful inside and out and looked exactly like the photos. The backyard at night was so relaxing with the lights and the nice pool. I’d highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay in Vegas as our stay was great and we’d definitely stay here again!

This was a great space in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I will definitely book again. Only 10-15 mins from the strip and Fremont st.

Overall, the place was fantastic. Not too far from the strip. Close to the airport, grocery stores and liquor stores. The backyard was awesome. We sat outside with coffee each morning and enjoyed the refreshing pool. The house is not as well stocked as most houses we have stayed at. When you go to the grocery store you will want to make sure to get cooking spray, zip lock bags, pepper/garlic, etc. we also bought paper plates because there were 6 dinner plates for 6 people, so we were constantly doing dishes.

My family and I enjoyed staying at Shawn’s place. The pictures don’t do it justice. We love the minimalistic look, clean lines, modern spaces and everything was clean. The pool was great, even if it was cooler. Heating the pool during our stay was definitely worth it!

Place was spotless and very modern

We booked this house last minute because we had a softball tournament to attend for the weekend. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny. The house was super clean, modern decor with lots of room and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The bathrooms were stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The pool had beach towels ready for use. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessities plus spices and a nice size fridge and freezer. The washer and dryer was a plus too. The tv’s were located in the front family room and the master bedroom and streaming apps were available for use. We enjoyed a bbq and the pool in the backyard. It was super relaxing and enjoyable. The bbq grill was equipped with propane and was ready to use. The house also had a three car garage. The check in and check out process was very easy and communication with the host was exceptional. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a few days to help some older family members move, and Shawn's property provided a clean, spacious, and quiet place to return to after a few stressful days of work. All in our group were easily able to unwind in a location that was a quick car ride away from an array of grocery stores, good coffee (Mothership and Savor are family favorites), and public parks (Sunset and Sunrise). We invited said family members over one evening of our stay for dinner and made use of the spotless barbecue grill and refreshing pool. Check in and check out were easy and the host was EXTREMELY responsive during our stay.

Fantastic place and the host were incredibly hospitable and accommodating. One of the best Airbnb stays we had. The pool was amazing and we will definitely book this place again!

First off, the communication was great before and during our stay. We walked into a beautiful modern home. Everything was clean, the area was quite. Everything was ready to go for us. I have no complaints about the room or communication. I would recommend this location to anyone staying in Vegas! Only about 10 minutes from the airport and strip. I would come to stay here again if I were in Vegas again. Thank you so much again for allowing us to stay and enjoy the home! The price was amazing as well

We came to Vegas to get a medical procedure and needed a quiet place in between and to recover. Overall this place was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. There were a few small things like dirty dishes in the kitchen cupboards (I would assume this was a previous guest who put them away dirty, not a huge deal) and the dryer not working (the host immediately offered to send a tech out to fix it), overall it was great. The location is peaceful. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub (and the fact that the host warned me before the pool cleaners came). Check in was very easy, as was check out. The host was very communicative the whole trip any time anything came up or even just checking in, which I appreciate. Location wise, it is close to everything without being in the middle of everything. Last year we stayed at Cosmopolitan on the strip and I much preferred the stay here this year. Would recommend and definitely would stay again or this or another property owned by Shawn.
